Collections
DC Partner provides payment solutions for collection of debt review consumer funds. Date changes and key holiday calendar dates such as December collections are easily managed to ensure timely collections to secure payments.
Creditor Providers
DC Partner have a clean creditor database with accurate information of all registered credit providers. Verification processes done by our team on all newly added credit provider information ensures data correctness for users when allocating credit providers.
Payments
We accept and collect consumer debt review payments through either cash, EFT, Debit Order (Debicheck), and stop orders into the payment distribution agency audited bank account. Consumers can access consumer statements directly and with ease through our consumer portal online. Ad-hoc payments can be controlled and managed on our system with an click of a button.
DebiCheck
We provide a seamless DebiCheck platform integrated with FNB. DebiCheck is a debit order electronically confirmed by the consumer, making it a more secure transaction. Debicheck was introduced and implemented by PASA and the Reserve bank to the South African market to curb and prevent fraudulent debits on consumer accounts.
Distributions
DC Partner prides itself on providing accurate and timely distributions. After all, the ability to accurately and speedily distribute funds from consumers to credit providers forms the cornerstone of the debt review cycle, and the PDA is the most critical cog in this engine.
Customer Service
DC Partner is the only South African PDA that appoints dedicated client relationship officers to assist with the needs of each debt counsellor.
Reporting
DC Partner provides business owners with accurate data insights, into what is happening in their debt counselling business with multiple reports and business metrics easily viewed and generated on our system.
Services
DC Partner offers various services to assist our Debt Counsellors with their daily tasks. And although many of the additional functions that we deliver are not expected of a PDA, we believe them to be critical in the day to day operations of the debt counsellor's business.
Statements
With our consumer portal The Debt counsellor can provide statements to the consumer by sending a link to the consumer.

ABOUT US
AUGUST 2008
DC Partner began distributing as a newly appointed National Credit Regulator accredited Payment Distribution Agent. After a relatively small start, during which the company further developed and optimised its systems, word of DC Partner's knowledge and expertise quickly spread into the marketplace. By March 2009, DC Partner's services was already being utilised by 54 debt counsellors, servicing roughly 1200 consumers.
APRIL 2016
DC Partner was officially registered in terms of the National Credit Act as a payment distribution agency, a proud moment in the history of the company. For years we had been campaigning to not only be part of the industry, but to be recognised by the act. One of the key factors that sets DC Partner apart from its competitors is the level of pride that it takes in its work, as well as in making a difference in the lives of over indebted consumers in South Africa by easing the burden of repaying their debt obligations to credit providers.
MARCH 2010
Over the next two years the company grew exponentially, to the extent where by DC Partner was servicing 124 debt counsellors - a figure that would eventually double again by 2011. DC Partner's business growth has continued to steadily grow ever since. DC Partner is one of only four NCR accredited Payment Distribution Agency's in South Africa, and its operations are based in the scenic town of George in the beautiful Southern Cape, with representatives nationwide. At present, the company employs more than 65 people.
